What the service covers
Burner and heat exchanger, flue gas analysis, seals, system pressure and controls. You get a written report on anything that needs attention before next winter, so nothing on it comes as a surprise.
Most manufacturer warranties, Worcester Bosch and Ideal included, only hold if the boiler is serviced every year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Our registration number is 503986.
Letting a house in Eastleigh?
If you let a house or flat in Eastleigh, we can do the landlord gas safety certificate (CP12) at the same visit as the service, for a reduced combined price, and remind you before either is due again.
